Cantine Caron

For Restaurant Cantine de Caron we provided the lighting, with the aim of creating a warm, intimate atmosphere within the characterful space. The high ceiling made this project a particular challenge: in spaces like this, light tends to disappear, and the atmosphere at table level can get lost.

To achieve the desired ambience, we chose fixtures with a very narrow beam. The light is aimed precisely at the tables, so guests enjoy an atmospheric, comfortable setting without the space losing its sense of height. The result is a refined lighting scheme that perfectly suits the culinary experience and the industrial character of Restaurant Cantine de Caron in Amsterdam.
